PayPay Card offers a hybrid work style that allows employees to work from home, depending on the position, and an office environment that provides a comfortable work environment where employees can easily change their mood and focus on their work with peace of mind.
*Departments that handle customer information, such as CS positions, are required to work in the office.
Refresh and be more efficient
OFF Area
Refreshment areas are provided in the offices. These spaces are different from the office area, allowing employees to refresh themselves and increase productivity.
The Fukuoka head office also has an employee cafeteria that serves a variety of healthy and inexpensive meals every day.

In-office daycare center
An in-office daycare center is available for use by any employee.
It is in operation 365 days a year and full-time childcare staff are on duty.
