We request our non-Japanese customers to submit copies / photocopies of their Residence Card to confirm their nationality, status of residence, and period of stay. This policy is based on the "Guidelines for Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism" published by Japanese Gov., and aims to create safer financial system.
If you do not submit photocopies of your Residence Card, or if your period of stay (expiration date) has expired, we may place a temporary lock on your credit card.
