Please apply to recreate your credit card.

Re-creation/re-issue of card

i. Please open カードの再作成・再発行 from below
ii. Select the reason for application
iii. Fill out all required information
iv. Apply for recreation of your credit card
You can also apply for card recreation/reissuance by clicking on ［管理］ in the Member Menu, then ［カードの再作成・再発行］.

Note
After application has completed, please update your period of stay (expiration date) and upload photocopies of your Residence Card through Member Menu.

Please apply for extension of "period of your stay" and renew your Residence Card.
Once you receive permission, please submit the latest validity to PayPay Card immediately.

No need to change your name.
